The first conference of 2016 was at The Westin Paris, it was a HR Leaders Symposium. The event was 5 days long in April.

3 Cypher Media staff, Adrian, Chris and Stuart led a team of 24 crew. Adrian was the event director, Chris was the editor/director and Stuart was the lead camera operator.
