Our in-house web team can build you a branded online portal for your Virtual Online Meeting. This could either be open to the public, password protected or require user registration in order to access the stream. The recorded meeting can also be made available to view after the event, either as-is or in an edited format.
Your event can be produced totally virtually or we can create a setup where all, or parts of the programme are delivered from a single location where we can supply all of the staging and equipment needed.

We work closely with a partner company who are in the UK's HBAA top 5 agencies, to provide a complete venue finding and contracting service.
Due to our vast global experience, there is a good chance that we have worked in the location where you are looking to hold your event, so we may already know right place for you.
Once we have agreed on a short list of venues, we will come on the site visits with you to help you choose the ideal venue, making sure it meets all of your requirements as well as being technically suitable. I am sure we will always ask some questions that you have not even thought of.
