The Cypher team have been busy recently, providing AV assistance for a successful hybrid event hosted in Cascais, Lisbon. An annual event we always look forward to!
Year after year, we have the privilege of providing AV assistance to one of our longest-standing clients for their annual Global Independence Conference. This year, we supplied a 12ft high set backdrop, complete with four 12ft aperture rear projection screens. Additionally, we provided a Jubilee lectern and one comfort monitor surround for optimal viewing.
The sound system was tailored for an audience of 150 people, seated in a cabaret-style arrangement. The proposed system included audio playback from an eight-way radio microphone system, lectern microphones, a virtual caller, and VT playback.
For the video setup, we utilized four 8,000-lumen projectors to feed into the rear projection screens. We also incorporated an additional 55” screen and stand to run the virtual caller in and out. All sources were managed through a Black Magic Constellation 2 M/E at the main control, ensuring seamless integration and smooth operation throughout the event.
