Earlier this month some of the Cypher team were providing assistance at the Global Independence Conference being hosted at the Westin Palace in Madrid. Here's what we got up to...
The Global Independence Conference was hosted as a hybrid event this year, we incorporated Slido as our Q&A Function to allow virtual participants to seamlessly engage with the speakers & the room. This, combined with our powerful livestreaming setup made for an engaging and enjoyable stream for anyone who couldn't make it to the event.
Our set consisted of a 20m backdrop and two 4.2m -16:9 format screens with branded foamex logos, the set was designed to impress and engage the audience, both in-person and online. We printed 4 vibrant banners that were pinned to the set for the second half of the event to give a different look and feel. This is a great way to reduce costs, rather than wrapping additional panels and swapping them out, without reducing the quality of the set.
For this event, we tested out our brand-new short-throw projection lenses - the new lenses greatly reduce the space required behind the set to project onto a screen. This allows us to bring the set back and make room for more delegates.
The event was a huge success, and we left Madrid with happy clients. On to the next!
