Adrian and Chris are currently in Barcelona providing for a Global Management Conference being held at the gorgeous Sofia Hotel across a 4-day-long period.
Our team of trusty freelancers flew out on Saturday to prepare for the upcoming event, building the set and stage whilst also installing all of our A/V equipment. Our set consists of an 80 ft wide and 16ft high backdrop with two 14ft x 7ft 8” standard 16:9 front projection screens for presenting, playback and live cameras. We’ve also taken 200 reply plus voting handsets along with the base station/software with us to the speaker’s sessions more interactive.
The hanging banners we used on the last International Tax Academy worked really well, so we printed out x16 2.5m banners for use at the conference and separate awards dinner. We’re still experimenting with the capabilities of our newest banner printer, but so far, so good! The banners provide a simple yet effective way to show off a brands image.
Some would say we've overprepared for the filming side of the event! We have 4 cameras currently in Barcelona, 3 of them able to run in crisp 4k. We're taking some of our trusty tech along, such as the 55" display totems and our 'magic mirror photobooth' a one-way glass mirror, fit with a DSLR & lighting so delegates are able to make physical memories! The mirrors software allows it to be completely unmanned showing start to finish instructions on how to use it.
