We finished November strong! Two back-to-back events spanning Lisbon and Madrid, take a look at how we equipped our main room, and course rooms!
For the main plenary room, our team designed an impressive 82ft x 12ft set featuring three 14ft rear projection screens, layered panels for dynamic lighting effects, and gauze sections to discreetly house speakers. A sleek 11m x 2m stage with white fascia and grey carpeting provided a professional focal point, while an 18ft crew surround ensured a seamless front-of-house control experience.
The audio setup featured a Yamaha CL3 digital desk, a Nexo line array system, and a comprehensive microphone package, including a 12-way radio microphone system with DPA headsets. Visuals were powered by three 12,000-lumen projectors with short-throw lenses, seamless switching via an Ascender 48, and multiple Blackmagic components for live camera feeds and presentations.
Lighting design incorporated a full stage wash, key lighting for speakers, and dynamic moving head fixtures to create an immersive atmosphere. With cutting-edge control systems, playback solutions, and an integrated communications setup, we delivered a high-impact production that elevated the event experience.
Our breakout rooms were designed for high-quality presentations with a professional yet efficient AV setup. Each room featured a printed backdrop with a front projection screen, complemented by a red-topped lectern and a discreet 6ft crew surround to maintain a polished aesthetic.
Audio clarity was ensured with a two-speaker PA system, an Allen & Heath SQ5 mixing desk, and a four-way digital microphone system, offering both tie-clip and handheld options. Visuals were powered by a 5,000-lumen ultra short-throw projector, with seamless switching via a Roland video system. A dedicated laptop and webcam enabled remote integration, while all necessary connectivity solutions ensured a smooth and professional experience for speakers and attendees alike.
