April saw the Cypher Team jet off to Amsterdam to assist at this years Indirect Tax Conference, hosted at the pleasant Hilton Amsterdam, Apollolaan.
We were proud to provide comprehensive production support for the recent conference, ensuring that every detail was planned and executed to create a seamless event experience.
For the Plenary Room, we delivered a full set and stage setup, including a 64ft x 12ft high set with custom graphic panels and a central screen. We designed the sound system to deliver crystal-clear audio with a 12-way radio microphone system and top-of-the-line equipment like the Yamaha CL3 Digital Audio Desk and Nexo Line Array kit. Our video and projection services featured dual super-wide screens with backup projectors, an LED wall, and a complete camera setup to ensure flawless visuals throughout the event. We also provided a comprehensive lighting and rigging solution, highlighting the stage and presenters with a mix of LED spotlights, wash lights, and moving heads, all controlled through an Avolites Quartz Programmable Lighting Desk.
