Following a busy week in Lisbon, the team were straight back to it! Flying from Lisbon to Madrid, the team got straight to work on the final International Tax, Legal & Workforce Academy of the year.
For the main plenary room we designed an expansive 104ft x 12ft set featuring three 14ft 16:9 screens, flanked by custom graphic panels and recessed lighting for a dynamic visual effect. The stage setup included a branded lectern, light boxes with company logos, and a seamless integration of venue-provided staging and rigging.
To ensure pristine audio quality for the 300-person cabaret-style audience, we deployed an advanced Nexo speaker system, an Allen & Heath SQ5 mixing desk, and an eight-way digital microphone system, including DPA headset and handheld options. A 12-way wireless crew comms system facilitated smooth coordination throughout the event.
Three high-powered 12,000-lumen projectors—plus backups—enabled rear projection, with content controlled via a Blackmagic Constellation system. Multiple presentation sources, live camera feeds, and SpotMe voting were seamlessly managed, with confidence monitors ensuring clarity for speakers.
A sophisticated lighting setup provided a full stage wash, key lighting for speakers, and ambient effects for evening entertainment. Using an Avolites Quartz desk and Chauvet LED fixtures, we created an engaging atmosphere adaptable for both conference sessions and evening events.
