For the main room, we sourced 3 7m x 6m LED walls, as opposed to using traditional projection. The main room also featured professional audio solutions, including an Allen & Heath SQ5 mixing system with Dante integration, a six-way radio microphone system, and discreet stage monitoring.
For visuals, we deployed a Blackmagic Constellation 4M/E switcher, multiple 4K monitors, and Decklink Duo graphics cards to enhance the live experience. A Hollyland wireless comms system kept the crew connected, while branded lecterns provided a polished on-site presence.
The room was rigged so we could specificially turn the main room, back into three separate large course rooms seamlessly.
Along with this, we also provided the kit for 11 smaller course rooms. Most of the smaller course rooms were rigged with a lectern, a two way PA system comprimising of an Allen & Heath SQ5 mixing desk fit with x2 powered speakers, a 4-way radio microphone system & a camera to allow for seamless two way communication for virtual presenters and attendees.
