The team were busy in Switzerland recently, providing AV assistance at this years Investors' Forum, that was hosted at the Hotel President Wilson.
The 2 day event consisted of a main plenary room with three breakout rooms, the main room set backdrop was entirely wrapped in the clients preferred branding, and the set itself was designed to incorporate an 8m x 2.75m wide front projection screen fit with a 12m x 2.5m stage equipped to fit up to a six person panel.
We provided self-managing breakout room kit to limit the amount of crew needed on-site to manage. The breakout rooms were simply fit with 2 speaker PA systems and intermittent boundary microphones across the tables.
