Investors Forum, Geneva 2025

29 July 2025

Last week, we were in Geneva supporting one of our client’s at their annual Investors’ Forum event.

The Cypher team provided AV equipment and expertise to ensure both the conference & offsite dinner ran smoothly. Take a look at what went into making it all happen…

Plenary Room

The centrepiece of the main room was a seamless 8-metre by 2.75-metre projection screen, surrounded by a custom-branded printed backdrop. The stage itself measured 12 metres wide and was finished with a premium blue carpet and solid trim, flanked by dual branded lecterns and comfort monitors for speaker support.

For video and content delivery, we deployed dual high-spec projectors with backup units, an advanced video switching and control system, and a full camera package including live-to-screen capabilities and on-site video editing. Presentation, video playback, and Zoom integration were all managed via dedicated show laptops and media servers.

Audio was powered by a Yamaha CL3 digital mixing desk with a full Nexo speaker system, including flown and stage-level reinforcement, along with a 16-way radio mic system covering lapel, headset, and handheld microphones.

Lighting was designed to create an immersive feel within the venue, using over 50 LED fixtures, moving lights, uplighters, and custom rigging suspended from 12 ceiling points. All lighting and projection trusses were flown using electric motors and programmed via an Avolites Quartz desk.

Breakout Rooms

In addition to the main plenary space, Cypher Media also supplied AV support for the event’s breakout and workshop rooms. Each space was equipped with a high-quality 2-speaker PA system and four boundary microphones, ensuring clear and even sound coverage for panel discussions and audience interaction throughout the day.

General Spaces & Registration Branding

Lastly, we also delivered a full suite of custom event branding, designed and produced in-house. This included a reusable 3m x 2.25m printed registration backdrop, a 3.6m-wide branded surround for the Reception & Help Desk area, and a fully wrapped 7ft plasma pod used to display key event information and video content. To support wayfinding and engagement, two 55” digital signage totems were also deployed, providing dynamic branded content throughout the venue.
