We kicked off the year by providing AV assistance at this years' Tax Leader Event, being hosted at the Hilton, London Tower Bridge.
We delivered a tailored AV solution designed to enhance the event and ensure seamless presentations. The setup included a small lectern, perfect for focused speeches or presentations, and a digital mixing desk to manage the audio with precision.
The room was equipped with a 6-way radio microphone system, featuring four tie clip/DPA microphones and two handheld microphones. These were complemented by four strategically placed speakers on round base stands, providing clear and consistent sound throughout the suite. We utilized six RF frequencies to ensure interference-free audio transmission, with all connections managed through Interspace DI and AiO DI boxes, ensuring high-quality sound input and output.
The visual setup featured an 8ft projector screen paired with a 5,000-lumen ultra-short throw desktop projector, delivering sharp and bright images even in a compact space. To facilitate smooth transitions during presentations, we included a 4-way Roland switcher and a preview monitor, allowing for easy control of the displayed content. Additionally, the suite was equipped with an Interspace MicroCue slide advancer, ensuring presenters could effortlessly navigate through their slides.
Accessories and Cabling:
The setup also included a 4ft x 2ft rising table stand, draped with a black tablecloth for a polished look. To handle the complex AV needs, we provided multiple HDMI-SDI/SDI-HDMI converters, along with two 60m SDI reels for extended connectivity. The suite was fully equipped with 25 power extension cables and all necessary adapters, ensuring every piece of equipment was adequately powered and connected.
