Our kit has been piled up ready for collection later on today. 23 boxes, trunks and cases are ready to be transported to Amsterdam for the next Financial Services Tax Leaders meetings, which you can read about more here.
We've also recently received an email from a flustered client unable to contact their A/V providers, we were able to send a quote within the day, meaning 3 of our crew are off to Berlin to provide A/V equipment and assistance at the beginning of July. Our small event package will also be put on the truck, which is a white screen surround with a plasma, colored uplighters, a sound PA system, and a 3000-lumen rear projector, along with a PowerPoint technician.
Shortly after Berlin, Chris and Adrian will be flying out to Lisbon to recce the venue that will be hosting the annual Indirect Taxes conference in mid-October. We're looking forward to getting stuck into that job as we'll hopefully be doing a full conversion of an underground car park into a huge conference main room!
