We’re coming to the end of the International Tax & Legal Academy being hosted in Copenhagen. Across the course of this week, we’ve tackled Town Hall sessions for over 600 people right down to small meetings fit for 10. Our large crew of skilled technicians have been working around the clock to assure everything goes smoothly. The two arctic lorries arrived on Saturday, this was then followed by a hectic Sunday for the rigging of the event.
Our team have built two separates ‘pods’ at the back of the main room to create extra meeting space for our client’s, we also turned one room into two separate rooms by building a wall down the centre of the room and putting in a door.
We completely transformed the main room with a minimalist, yet effective set which incorporated two 7m tall podiums wrapped in gorgeous geometric branding, flanked by 2 smaller screens running with 20K Christie Data projectors, with the main screen running on a 30k Panasonic data projector.
